The psalmist in today’s reading confirms that he will not be moved because the Lord is at his right hand specifically because he hath set the Lord before him. This indicates that there may be situations that may want to cause an individual to despair but with God in our boat we can rest assured that we will overcome the storm. We rejoice and are glad because we have the assurance of his presence. So, no matter how hopeless or bad the situation may look, we know that he will show the path of life. The way maker will make a way out of any seeming dead end or wilderness experience. And so as God’s right hand person in whom he is well pleased, there is an assurance of pleasures forever. If you have him as your ally then step out in confidence because it does not matter what lays ahead as we have the all-sufficient one on our side, granting us victory in every side. And so we have fullness of joy because we know that he will not suffer us to see corruption.

Prayer: Dear God, thank you for coming into my life boat. I grant you access afresh to lead my way and I rest assured in the victories that you have won and continue to win for me in Jesus name 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
